Volkswagen задолжал НАЗу порядка 17 млрд рублей: права на иск передали компании «Камея»

NAZ Received 120 Million Rubles Under Assignment Agreement

The Nizhny Novgorod Automobile Plant (NAZ), formerly known as GAZ, has transferred the rights to claim 16.9 billion rubles and 40,000 euros from the German concern Volkswagen to the Moscow-based AO Kameya.

The conflict between NAZ and Volkswagen began after the Arbitration Court of the Nizhny Novgorod Region ordered the German concern in July 2024 to compensate NAZ for 16.9 billion rubles in damages caused by the refusal to supply diesel engines for car assembly, as well as 40,000 euros for undelivered packaging. Attempts by the German side to appeal the decision were unsuccessful.

During the proceedings, NAZ identified AO Kameya as its legal successor and transferred the rights to the claim to it, which Volkswagen's lawyers also failed to challenge. AO Kameya, registered in Moscow in January 2025, specializes in managing holding companies. Oksana Kalinina has been appointed as the company's CEO, but financial statements have not yet been provided.

The court found that Kameya paid NAZ 120 million rubles under the assignment agreement, which refuted the assumptions of Volkswagen's lawyers about the fictitious nature of the transaction.
