Vilyuchinsk is a base of the Pacific Fleet of Russia in the territory of Kamchatka Krai, in the city of the same name Vilyuchinsk, located on the shore of Avacha Bay 25 km southwest of the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
