Production of import-substituting parts for energy and petrochemistry launched in the Samara region

The company modernized production by 200 million rubles and launched the production of critical components

Togliatti-based company "Profil" has completed modernization and started production of new spare parts for dynamic equipment. These parts are necessary for compressors, pumps, turbines and other units in the energy and petrochemical industries.

Investments in the project amounted to 200 million rubles. Of these, 148 million rubles are a preferential loan from the Industrial Development Fund (IDF).

The production of critical components for the energy and petrochemical industries strengthens the economy of the region and the country. The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Samara Region will continue to support such innovative projects, ensuring technological independence and industrial development.
Denis Gurkov, Minister of Industry of the Samara Region

Among the new products are couplings, impellers, rotors and turbine blades. Previously, up to 70% of such parts were imported from abroad. Now "Profil" plans to occupy 40% of the market.

The launch of mass production will ensure the smooth operation of enterprises that have been left without proper service under sanctions. The introduction of new production facilities will increase the stability of supplies for domestic industry.
Evgeny Malyuga, Director of OOO "Profil"

The level of production localization is 90%. This means that almost all materials and components are Russian.
