Russia had to rework the list of systems and units for 100% domestic production

The shift to the right in the production times of MC-21 and SJ-100 aircraft in Russia is due to the need to fully transfer the industry to domestic solutions. This was stated by First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov.

I can't even give examples of world practice where one company — Boeing, or Airbus, or even the whole country of the USA or the whole United Europe — would do everything entirely on their own. There are no such examples, there are not, and there will not be, it seems to me.
