На доработку самолетов SJ-100, МС-21 и Ту-214 выделили почти 4 миллиарда рублей

The contractor needs to develop a fire protection system and a prototype passenger oxygen system

The Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation has allocated 3.9 billion rubles to improve the technological capabilities of Russian aircraft. The results will be used in modern SJ-100, MC-21, and Tu-214 airliners.

The ministry has allocated funds for experimental design and research work on more than 20 items. In particular, it is necessary to develop a prototype fire protection system, a system for monitoring the wear of wheel brake pads, a prototype oxygen system for passengers, and much more.

The tender was posted on the public procurement portal on April 28, and applications are accepted until May 14. The contract must be completed by November 15, 2027.

The solutions must be competitive, ensure technological independence, but at the same time meet international requirements.

The Ministry of Industry and Trade sets high goals for developers — the systems and units created in the process should have lower energy consumption and higher efficiency compared to analogues, a higher level of reliability, better weight and size characteristics, while their cost should be lower.

It is also necessary to develop fluoroplastic hoses with a power frame for aircraft and helicopter fuel systems, disc pressure pulsation compensators in the hydraulic system, an autonomous electro-hydraulic drive, hydraulic system units, etc.

The developments will be implemented in short-haul civil aircraft and helicopters (up to 50 tons, a potential object of application is SJ-100, Aurus), medium-haul (up to 90 tons, MC-21, Tu-214, Tu-204) and long-haul (up to 250 tons, Il-96).
