A research and production center for the production and testing of unmanned aerial systems will appear in the Orenburg Oblast. It will operate within the framework of a federal project for the development of UAVs.
The total funding for the new center will amount to 375 million rubles from the federal budget, with an additional 91 million rubles allocated from the regional budget and 130 million rubles from enterprises.
The key residents of the new center will be the Tyulgansky Electromechanical Plant and Orenburg State University. A research center and a center for collective use will be organized on their basis.
The main focus will be on the production of power plants for UAS, including internal combustion engines and composite materials. The development of electronic components is planned: flight controllers and regulators, which will be produced by residents "Амплитуда" and "АСУ ПРО".
