A new electronic warfare (EW) system against unmanned aerial vehicles "Solaris-N" was presented at the Crocus Expo exhibition center. The novelty was developed by the joint-stock company "Concern Sozvezdie" (part of the "Roselectronika" holding of the Rostec State Corporation).
"Solaris-N" can suppress drone radio control channels, as well as the signal of global positioning systems, such as GPS. Moreover, it does this within a radius of up to 5 km.
Several such complexes working together provide all-round protection for a large enterprise.
The complex generates interference simultaneously in all frequency bands of UAV operation, as well as in those specifically set by the operator. "Solaris-N" provides suppression of satellite navigation system signals, control channels and UAV data transmission.
The weight of the product is no more than 60 kg, the complex is equipped with a battery and a portable gasoline generator, which significantly expands the scope of the installation. It can be placed on the ground, roofs of buildings, on stationary masts.
To protect the perimeter, it is necessary to install four Solaris-N systems around the perimeter of any enterprise.
Earlier www1.ru reported that the Su-30 fighter overshadowed the Superjet SJ-100 in the test flight video.
