UAVs that are no longer produced in Russia will be included in a separate exhibition

The Izhevsk беспилотные системы (Unmanned Systems) Research and Production Association (NPO) has transferred models of the Tachyon and Granat-1 drones to the Izhmash arms museum. They will be presented in a separate exhibition dedicated to the modern stage of development of science and technology, the press service of the Kalashnikov concern reported.

The Tachyon UAV is designed to collect remote surveillance information and detect uncamouflaged vehicles, groups of people, as well as relay signals.

Характеристики «Тахион»: wingspan — 1840 mm, flight altitude — up to 4000 m, application radius with direct radio visibility — up to 40 km, flight duration — 2 hours, engine type — electric.

«Гранат-1»
«Гранат-1»

The Granat-1E complex is designed for aerial surveillance of the terrain and obtaining information in near real-time. Характеристики БПЛА: flight duration — 1 hour, application radius for video equipment — up to 10 km, wingspan — 82 cm; flight speed — 80 km/h; flight altitude — up to 1500 m, engine type — electric. Both drones are currently not in production.
