The company "OmskElectroTech" has launched the production of high-strength corrosion-resistant fasteners and connecting parts for the chemical, oil and gas, and energy industries. The plant is located on the territory of the Omsk Special Economic Zone (SEZ) "Avangard", the press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation reported.
The site will be able to produce up to 1.7 thousand tons of products per year, using only Russian materials. The level of localization is 100%.
The products will be used for operation at extreme temperatures from -90 °C to +650 °C in the nuclear industry, gas and petrochemistry.
The management of "OmskElectroTech" expects to occupy up to 30% of the Russian market for specialized fasteners, replacing foreign goods. In total, 1.9 billion rubles of investments have been allocated for the project implementation.
