The protection installed on Russian armored vehicles has shown high efficiency in countering kamikaze drones on the line of combat contact. This was announced by a senior technician of the repair unit with the call sign "Mirror".
According to him, the elements of protection are installed taking into account the requirements of the crew. All blocks are manufactured and developed by specialists of repair units.
Now at the moment we have to repair the protection. Fewer cars come with pierced armor. Mostly the protection breaks down. Protection helps very well, and we are constantly improving it.
The military added that protection against drones is made for all units, as well as upgrades, depending on the requirements of the crew.
In addition, repairmen have the opportunity to contact specialists at the factory where armored vehicles are produced, in case of questions in the repair or maintenance of armored vehicles.
