Regulatory work has been completed at the fourth power unit of the Beloyarsk NPP (located 45 kilometers from Yekaterinburg in the Sverdlovsk region). The station was serviced by employees of "Uralatomenergoreмонт" (part of "Atomenergoreмонт").
During the repair, specialists checked the operation of the turbogenerator, pipeline valves, pumps and the condition of the metal of the equipment.
Preventive work is necessary to ensure the safety of a nuclear facility. They help to identify potential problems and extend the service life of equipment.
"Atomenergoreмонт" is a specialized repair organization of the Russian nuclear energy sector. The company performs more than 70% of repair work at NPP sites.
