The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia has included the drive axle developed by the Cheboksary Plant of Specialized Aggregates (ChZSA) in the register of Russian industrial products.
The drive axle is designed for installation on forklift trucks with a lifting capacity of 3.5 to 5 tons. This unique project was implemented through the joint efforts of enterprises belonging to the Machine-Building Cluster of the Chuvash Republic.
The key point is the use of exclusively domestic technologies and components, which makes this product an important step in increasing the level of self-sufficiency of Russian mechanical engineering. The axle has passed the necessary tests and examinations, which confirmed its high reliability and readiness for mass production.
The ChZSA drive axle can be used not only in forklift trucks, but also in other types of equipment, such as warehouse, municipal, road construction and agricultural equipment with a load of up to 20 tons. Also, based on the modular elements of the axle, various designs of axles and final drives can be created, which will allow it to be adapted to a wide range of equipment, opening up opportunities for the formation of a new industry of specialized equipment in Russia.
