The cause of the separation of the "Ivolga" train carriages on the MCD-3 has been established. It was a hidden manufacturing defect in the coupling device.

An inspection of the "Ivolga" trains manufactured in 2024 will be carried out within the next five days.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that Russian inter-car passages will be installed in "Moskva" metro trains and "Ivolga" electric trains.
