The Kingisepp Machine-Building Plant military-industrial holding has launched the production of tracks for American tracked vehicles. The domestic version of the tracks is intended for UNIVERSAL HDD UNI 60x70 horizontal directional drilling rigs.
Currently, the manufacturing company has stopped supplying spare parts for its equipment to Russia — and this includes not only tracks, but also other spare parts for the drilling complex. In this regard, Russian operators of tracked vehicles turned to KMZ to manufacture an analogue of the part. The tracks will be manufactured as soon as possible and delivered to the customer.
Since the tightening of anti-Russian sanctions, KMZ has developed dozens of solutions for Russian industry. In particular, the plant helped to import-substitute throttle valves for KamAZ trucks, torque levers for airplanes, and bearings for diesel engines.
