Belarusian engineers at the Domanovo training ground (174th training ground of the Air Force and Air Defense Forces in the Brest region) conducted live firing tests of experimental models of the IVC-122RL radar air target simulator. This was reported by the State Military-Industrial Committee of Belarus.
The IVC-122RL simulates an air target for SAM systems with a guided missile guidance system in conditions close to combat. The product is a Belarusian development with a high degree of component localization.
IVC-122RL is designed for training SAM system crews:
- «Оса-АКМ»,
- «Тор»
- «Панцирь»
- «Бук»
The press service of the State Military-Industrial Committee emphasized that the IVC-122RL is reliable, easy to manufacture and inexpensive. The tests confirmed all the technical characteristics заявленные разработчиками.
Earlier, Lukashenko signed a decree that prohibits Belarusians from importing, storing and operating drones. The ban does not apply to companies and entrepreneurs working in the UAS sector.
