Russia intends to transition manufacturing enterprises to domestic software (SW) and computer components to manage complex development and production processes of high-tech products. The Ministry of Industry and Trade will compensate them for part of the costs, allocating 1.5 billion rubles for these purposes in 2024.
This concerns so-called heavy industrial and engineering software, as well as software and hardware complexes (PACs). The subsidy program will start in the summer of 2024 and is designed to run until 2030.
Conditions for Receiving a Subsidy
- sector — manufacturing industry
- implementation of software products and PACs included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade into the project
- project implementation period — no more than 3 years
- receiving a subsidy for previously launched projects, if the transition to Russian software was paid for by the company's funds
