Ready to defend Kaliningrad: Baltic Fleet's Iskander-M OTRK units conduct drills

The maneuvers took place at a special training ground in the Kaliningrad region

Military personnel from the technical units of the Iskander-M OTRK of the Baltic Fleet's missile formation conducted drills on the rapid delivery of cruise missiles to firing positions.

The maneuvers consisted of several stages:

  1. March to the technical position area upon the signal "Alarm"
  2. Organization and camouflage of the position, including by the mobile EW group to combat drones
  3. Delivery of missiles to the positions on KamAZ vehicles
  4. Verification of the technical condition of the missiles and the Iskander-M OTRK

During the exercises, the missile crews also practiced using personal protective equipment in case the enemy used poisonous substances. It is specified that the maneuvers improve the professional skills of military personnel, and the fulfillment of the combat mission depends on their efficiency and accuracy.
