The Arbitration Court of Moscow dismissed the claim of the airline "Russia" for 474.2 million rubles against LLC "RApart Services" - a subsidiary of the aircraft manufacturing enterprise PJSC "Yakovlev". The operative part of the decision was published in the database of the "Electronic Justice" system.
The St. Petersburg airline filed a lawsuit in the spring of 2025 and demanded to recover funds from "RApart Services".
The essence of the claim is not disclosed, but the publication "Delovoy Peterburg" suggested that the case is related to the Superjet 100 fleet manufactured by "Yakovlev".
"RApart Services" is engaged in after-sales service of Russian-made civil aircraft, including Superjet-100.
As part of the process, a representative of "RApart Services" stated his intention to file a counterclaim against "Russia". They asked to recover 183.95 million rubles from "Russia", but the court also dismissed this claim.
