Россия начинает сборку труб для МС-21, Ил-96, Ил-76, Ил-114-300 и SJ-100 на новом оборудовании

Domestic equipment helps to quickly assemble pipelines up to 6 meters

Domestic equipment for CNC pipe bending machines has started operating at the Voronezh Aircraft Manufacturing Company. The development includes a flexible stacker digital complex for assembling pipelines and an automatic warehouse. They were installed on the company's machines and technical processes were worked out for automatic bending.

Less manual labor is now required to operate the machine: the operator sets up the universal tooling and then receives feedback automatically via special software. You can learn how to work on such a digitized universal complex in just a few days

After modernization, the plant can assemble pipelines up to 6 meters in size faster. The part is bent on an automatic pipe bender, then installed in an assembly fixture, checked for quality and transferred to the aircraft.

So far, pipes are only being assembled for the actively import-substituted airliner MC-21. But VASO plans to soon provide its products to other aircraft that need domestic parts: Il-96, Il-76, Il-114-300, SJ-100.

Equipment for pipelines of various aircraft systems will also appear. Specialists of the aircraft enterprise have regulations for the development of tooling.
