Members of the Russian Cabinet of Ministers have decided to allocate more than 2.2 billion rubles for the development of infrastructures in technoparks which focus on the development of electronic industry. This was reported by the government press service.
It is noted that Vladimir region will receive 900 million rubles, Nizhny Novgorod - 632.7 million rubles, Republic of Bashkortostan - 504 million rubles, Republic of Tatarstan - 241.8 million rubles. Due to government support, managing companies will be able to partially offset the cost of designing, constructing, and renovating industrial infrastructure objects, as well as purchasing equipment and connecting it to engineering networks.
In Russia, attention is paid to the development of electronics within the policy of import substitution. At the beginning of October, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia presented a roadmap, according to which mass production of microprocessors according to 28 nm topological standards on 300 mm silicon wafers will be established in the country by 2027.
