Members of the Cabinet of Ministers of Russia have decided to allocate over 2.2 billion rubles for the development of the infrastructure of technology parks involved in the development of the electronics industry. This was reported by the government's press service.
It is noted that the Vladimir region will receive 900 million rubles, Nizhny Novgorod – 632.7 million rubles, the Republic of Bashkortostan – 504 million rubles, the Republic of Tatarstan – 241.8 million rubles. Thanks to state support, management companies will be able to partially reimburse the costs of designing, constructing and renovating industrial infrastructure facilities, as well as purchasing equipment and connecting it to engineering networks.
Russia is paying attention to the development of electronics as part of its import substitution policy. In early October, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia presented a roadmap according to which, by 2027, the country will establish mass production of microprocessors with topological standards of 28 nm on 300-mm silicon wafers.
