The Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA) has opened a vacancy for an electronics engineer in Yekaterinburg. The specialist is offered a salary of 74 thousand rubles net.

The proposed work schedule is 5/2 or 2/2, the applicant must have a specialized education in automation and at least one year of work experience.

Responsibilities include engine dissection and maintenance of electronic components of test benches. This is an area of high responsibility, there are screw, hydro-braking and open test benches.

As advantages, UZGA traditionally promises company transport, military service deferment, and its own medical center. The announcement also mentioned a factory canteen with dishes at "democratic prices".

More recently, UZGA tried to fill the staff shortage in blue-collar professions, offering saw cutters and engine mechanics 37 thousand rubles per month. After the publication by "Pervy Tekhnichesky", the vacancies are no longer available, presumably, candidates have been found.

Aviation expert Alexey Zakharov stated that the LMS-901 project reached a dead end due to design changes, and the plant still does not have firm contracts for the 145 aircraft declared by airlines.
