Russia and Belarus are considering supplying the new LMS-192 "Osvey" regional aircraft abroad. This was announced by First Deputy Prime Minister Denis Manturov.

According to him, the development is proceeding according to an adjusted schedule. Manturov expressed confidence that a prototype will appear as early as 2027 and begin flight tests. The Deputy Prime Minister added that the certification of "Osvey" will be completed by the end of 2029.
And we also expect to supply to third countries.
According to the Comprehensive Program for the Development of the Air Transport Industry, 158 "Osvey" aircraft were initially planned to be built by 2030.
However, in February 2026, Rosaviatsia presented an updated version of the CPGA, in which plans for regional aviation were significantly cut – only 28 LMS-192, meaning the volume was reduced by 5.5 times. The aircraft is being developed jointly by UZGA and the 558th Aircraft Repair Plant in Baranovichi.
