It will be easier for Russians to find out what social support measures are available in a specific situation, thanks to digital solutions on "Gosuslugi". A special chatbot has been developed for this purpose. Alexander Kozhevnikov, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, announced the new feature.

Users just need to describe their life situation, and the system will help them get the necessary information.

After receiving the request, the system will transfer it to the "Unified Contact Center for Interaction with Citizens". The digital assistant "Robot Max" is involved in this process.

It is expected that the innovation will make obtaining information about social support measures more convenient. In addition, the new system should help increase the level of public awareness about available assistance measures.
