The Ural Civil Aviation Plant (UZGA) has posted a new vacancy for a working position. The enterprise needs an aircraft engine repair fitter.

The offered salary is noteworthy — from 37.2 to 80.5 thousand rubles for full-time employment. The work schedule is 2/2 for 11 hours.

According to official Rosstat data, the average monthly salary in the Sverdlovsk region for the first months of 2026 was 92,870 rubles.

At the same time, in Yekaterinburg itself, the indicator is usually higher than the regional average and by the end of 2025 already exceeded 89.2–117 thousand rubles.

An alternative to working in the aviation industry could be ordinary food delivery. Such employees in Yekaterinburg are promised from 160 thousand rubles.

Currently, the Ural plant is in the stage of testing the VK-800SM engine and the AV-901 propeller before the certification of "Baikal". Presumably, the LMS-901 will receive its type certificate at the end of 2027.
