Residents of Moscow Oblast have received a new way to access public services and regional digital services — all collected in the Max messenger. Through a special bot "Digital Services of MO", you can quickly go to the desired service without opening search engines and switching between websites.

How the "Digital Services of MO" bot works

The user enters the Max messenger, launches the bot, and selects the desired section. After that, the system immediately redirects them to the corresponding service or website.

The Ministry of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of Moscow Oblast believes that this navigation method is simpler and faster than searching through search engines.

More than 100 regional services have already been collected inside the bot. Their list will gradually expand.

What is already available

All resources are divided into categories: health, education, sports, leisure, public services, and other areas. For example, from the "Culture" section, you can immediately go to the portals "Libraries of Moscow Oblast", "Culture Houses", and "Cinema Platform of Moscow Oblast".

Official channels of authorities are also available in the bot — the governor, regional ministries, and heads of municipalities. Users can subscribe to them and receive relevant news and notifications about events in the region.

To use the service, simply open the Max messenger, launch the "Digital Services of MO" bot, and click the "Open" button in the menu, the message says.
