In Novosibirsk Oblast, due to the tense fuel situation, a special operating regime for gas stations has been introduced. According to Interfax, citing the regional government, some gas stations are temporarily closed, while others are experiencing increased demand.
Priority is given to vital services. On the night of July 4, the Gazpromneft network served exclusively ambulances, utility services, and public transport from 3 AM to 5 AM. During the day, priority refueling for emergency services will continue from noon to 3 PM at nine stations in Novosibirsk, Berdsk, and Iskitim. Emergency services and buses are operating normally. To increase the number of dispensing points, several unmanned gas stations with remote control have resumed operation.
Fuel market restrictions remain in several regions of the country, including Crimea and Sevastopol. The Russian government is monitoring the situation, and a ban on gasoline exports is in effect until the end of July. For residents of Novosibirsk, this means a temporary shift in the refueling schedule for personal vehicles to later hours.
