The Yaroslavl Interregional Department of the FAS has fined the Rybinsk plant "UEC-Saturn" for violating the established payment deadlines for small businesses. A complaint against the company was sent by Ruskomplektsnab LLC, the department conducted an inspection and confirmed this information.
The regional FAS established that the goods under one of the transfer documents were accepted back in September 2025, but payment was made only in December 2025, while the deadline expired in September.
As a result, the Rybinsk enterprise was fined 50 thousand rubles. UEC-Saturn was also issued a representation on eliminating the causes and conditions that contributed to the commission of the offense.
As a reminder, UEC-Saturn is one of the key enterprises of UEC, producing the sought-after PD-8 aircraft engines for the import-substituted Superjet.
In December 2025, the engine successfully passed one of the key stages - fan blade failure tests, confirming the strength of the casing.
