The State Transport Leasing Company (GTLK) finished 2025 with a net loss of 6 billion rubles according to RAS. A year earlier, the company recorded a profit of 2.4 billion rubles.
GTLK explained that this financial result is temporary. The main factor is the revaluation of foreign currency assets against the backdrop of ruble exchange rate fluctuations. Additional pressure was exerted by the increase in the cost of borrowed funds due to the high key rate of the Bank of Russia.
Despite the loss, the company's assets increased by 5% and reached 1.3 trillion rubles. The growth was driven by new deals and projects financed by the National Welfare Fund.
Revenue decreased by 17.5% to 112.2 billion rubles, and gross profit decreased by 7.1% to 97.9 billion rubles. The company attributes this to the strengthening of the ruble and the fall in rental rates, as well as the high base of 2024, when the sale of assets affected the figures.
GTLK is a key link in financing the supply of new MC-21-310, Il-114-300, SJ-100 aircraft and other aviation equipment. Previously, the company predicted a massive renewal of civil helicopter equipment against the backdrop of resource depletion and a shortage of spare parts.
