The "Yakovlev" production center in Komsomolsk-on-Amur has commissioned new painting and drying complexes for the SJ-100 and MC-21-310 programs. The equipment was produced by domestic developers.
UAC clarified that painting and sealing are technological processes that depend on environmental parameters. The new equipment completely solves this problem and eliminates the influence of external factors.
Thanks to the optimization of the technological cycle and the reduction of drying and vulcanization time, it was possible to reduce inter-operational expectations and speed up the production of finished doors.
The main feature of the new chambers is the presence of independent working areas, which allows several operations to be performed simultaneously. For example, one door can be dried, while another is being treated with sealant.
Each liner door is of equally high quality and strictly complies with stringent aviation standards.
