UEC engineers allowed "Iskra" to keep burning after a 274 million ruble lawsuit

"ODK Inzhiniring" and NPO "Iskra" reached an amicable settlement in a high-profile court dispute

The Moscow Arbitration Court terminated proceedings on the lawsuit by OOO "ODK Inzhiniring" against NPO "Iskra" over 274.5 million rubles in penalties. The parties concluded a settlement agreement, according to the case file.

The claim by the ODK structure concerned overdue obligations for the period from April to July 2025. The defendant acknowledged the debt in full, taking into account the protocol for agreeing wholesale prices for gas turbine units intended for delivery to Gazprom facilities in 2024.

The obligation was terminated by set-off. Under the agreement, the companies mutually waived further claims for penalties and damages.

The founder of "ODK-Inzhiniring" is ODK, which produces the latest aircraft engines PD-8, PD-14 and PD-35. The company supplies gas turbine equipment.

According to the Rusprofile counterparty database, PAO "NPO "Iskra"" is engaged in the design, manufacture and supply of equipment for the fuel and energy sector.
