The Arbitration Court of the city of Moscow postponed the preliminary court hearing on the statement of claim filed by the company "UEC-Engineering" against the Perm research and production association (NPO) "Iskra." The information appeared in the case file on the "Electronic Justice" website.
The next hearing in the case will take place on February 11, 2026.
Let us recall that the claim by "UEC-Engineering" against NPO "Iskra" was accepted for proceedings in the autumn of 2025. The enterprise demanded recovery from "Iskra" of 274.5 million rubles in penalties for the period from April 16 to July 17, 2025. The grounds for the claims are not disclosed in the ruling.
According to data from the Rusprofile counterparty database, PAO "NPO "Iskra" is engaged in the design, production, and supply of equipment for the fuel and energy sector.
The founder of "UEC-Engineering" is UEC, which produces the latest aircraft engines PD-8, PD-14, and PD-35. The company supplies gas turbine equipment.
