The Ufa-based enterprise ODK-UMPO finished 2025 with a net loss of 14.3 billion rubles. The company\'s revenue amounted to 121.7 billion rubles against 130.3 billion a year earlier.
The decline affected the plant\'s key business areas — sales of new engines fell to 84.7 billion rubles (-2%), while spare parts sales dropped to 28 billion rubles (-11%). Repair income decreased by 24% to 7 billion rubles.
Independent industrial expert Leonid Khazanov called the situation understandable. According to him, the slump may be linked to contract execution schedules and rising costs, while the reporting does not indicate a systemic deterioration in the company\'s position.
Such financial results may be caused both by changes in the dynamics of the enterprise\'s income and by an increase in the cost of the materials and tools used. One should also not discount development projects, in particular the creation of a technological competence center for aluminum casting.
ODK-UMPO\'s financial indicators worsened against the backdrop of a difficult period for the enterprise. Earlier, reports circulated around the plant about attempts to initiate bankruptcy proceedings.
Let us recall, ODK-UMPO is a key manufacturer of engines for Su-57, Su-27, Su-30 and Su-35S aircraft.
