Employees of the Irkutsk Aviation Plant (IAZ) continue to independently improve work processes as part of the lean manufacturing program. This was reported in PJSC "Yakovlev".
The company has automated the search for parts. Now, assemblers-riveters of the assembly and assembly production of civil aviation equipment no longer need to manually search for installation locations in the sketch map.
Automated barcode search reduces time costs and minimizes the likelihood of errors, the corporation noted. The idea was developed and implemented by employees Nikita Borishchuk and Evgeny Karsunov.
A few days ago, a modern high-tech treatment complex was put into operation at the IAZ site. It meets all Russian and international environmental standards.
Prior to this, the production center in Komsomolsk-on-Amur improved the operation of the machine for the production of harnesses.
