During testing, the Il-114-300 climbed to the manufacturer's specified service ceiling of 7,600 meters. This was reported in the monthly summary by the analytical blog "Let's Fly Together."
Flight of board number 54115 took place on February 4 and became the 218th for it. The Il-114-300 flew in the Lukhovitsy area at speeds up to 580 km/h. The total flight time of this particular aircraft reached 764 hours.
A few days ago, the Il-114-300 arrived at Yakutsk International Airport to conduct a series of test flights in extremely low temperatures. The crew even had to wait for the region to cool down to the required values.
The head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Anton Alikhanov, stated that the Il-114-300 will receive a type certificate in the coming months.
