Under the 2024 contract, Agat supplied products to UEC but did not receive payment. The court granted the claim, recovering from the corporation about 503 million rubles of principal debt and a penalty.

Representatives of UEC in court did not deny the existence of the debt and asked to reduce the penalty due to its disproportionality, but the court rejected this motion.

Gavrilov-Yam Machine-Building Plant Agat produces components for aircraft engines, as well as motor-blocks.

UEC is the largest engine-building corporation in Russia, specializing in the production of installations for aviation, the Navy, and energy.
