Moscow-based company IT Labs filed a statement of claim against the Kazan Helicopter Plant (KHP) for 5.4 million rubles. The case was registered with the Arbitration Court of Tatarstan.
The first hearing in the case will take place on February 27 in Kazan.
The Kazan Helicopter Plant is part of Rostec's Russian Helicopters holding and manufactures Mi-8, Mi-17, Ansat helicopters and other models.
KHP is the only enterprise in the industry in Russia with a full-cycle rotorcraft production capability. In total, the plant has built about 12 thousand helicopters, with more than 4 thousand rotorcraft delivered for export to nearly 100 countries.
IT Labs specializes in wholesale trade of software and electronics, and also provides support and maintenance services for computer equipment.
