Footage of the flight of the export version of the Russian fifth-generation Su-57E fighter in the skies of Algeria has appeared online. Judging by the video, the honor of being the first to capture the Su-57E on the territory of the customer belongs to a shepherd.
Official information on the transfer of aircraft to this particular country is not yet available. A retired military pilot and author of the Telegram channel Fighterbomber also confirmed that he is not aware of any deliveries to Algeria.
There are still no photos of either the Su-34E or the Su-57E that have entered service with Algeria. There is not even a final camouflage in the public domain.
In November 2025, the head of the United Aircraft Corporation, Vadim Badeha, stated that two Su-57E multirole fighters had already entered the disposal of a foreign customer. According to the Telegram channel "Russian Weapon", at that time it was specifically about the Algerian Air Force.
