Ilya Konyukhov has been appointed General Director of PJSC "ODK-Saturn" (produces PD-8 and SaM146 aircraft engines) in the Yaroslavl Region. This was announced by the company on January 22, 2026. He replaced Viktor Polyakov, who will continue to work at UEC as an advisor to the General Director.
Konyukhov has been working at the Rybinsk enterprise for 25 years. He graduated from RSATA named after P.A. Solovyov with a degree in "Information Systems in Economics" and began his career as a leading engineer. He then held positions in the financial control, program economics and joint ventures departments, and the economics and finance directorate. In 2019, he became Deputy Managing Director — Director of Economics and Finance of ODK-Saturn.
Under the leadership of Konyukhov, the company successfully carried out financial, economic and contractual support for R&D, organized a production and testing base for products, including projects within the import substitution program. In 2017, he was awarded the medal of the Order "For Services to the Fatherland" II degree.
Alexander Grachev, General Director of UEC, noted that Konyukhov has a high personal responsibility for the enterprise and the team, and that he faces the task of developing ODK-Saturn.
Viktor Polyakov, who headed the company in recent years, previously celebrated his 50th anniversary of working at the Rybinsk engine-building plant. Under his leadership, the PD-8 turbofan engine for the Superjet-100 aircraft was created, and the serial production of the first domestic high-power turbine GTD-110M, used at the Udarnaya TPP in the Krasnodar Territory, was launched. His departure became known in December 2025.
Earlier, the "ODK-Saturn" enterprise announced a search for a specialist with at least three years of experience for the position of senior foreman.
Today, the "ODK-Saturn" enterprise, which is part of the United Engine Corporation (UEC) of the Rostec State Corporation, employs more than 16 thousand employees — engineers, designers, technologists, workers and scientists.
