The company "UEC Engineering" (part of the United Engine Corporation, Rostec Group) has initiated legal proceedings against the Perm-based PJSC "NPO "Iskra"". According to the "Electronic Justice" website, the company is seeking to recover 274.5 million rubles from the defendant.
"UEC Engineering" insists on payment of penalties for the period from April 16 to July 17, 2025. The grounds for the claims are not disclosed in the court's ruling. The hearing is scheduled for December 17.
According to the Rusprofile database, PJSC "NPO "Iskra"" is engaged in the design, production, and supply of equipment for the fuel and energy complex.
The organization was registered in Perm in 1996. At the end of 2024, the company's revenue amounted to 5.7 billion rubles, and net profit was 45 million rubles.
The founder of "UEC Engineering" is UEC, which is engaged in the production of the latest aviation engines PD-8, PD-14, and PD-35. The company supplies gas turbine equipment.
