As part of the 30th regular meeting of the heads of government of Russia and China, Mishustin and Premier of the State Council of the PRC Li Qiang signed a joint communiqué and a number of other important documents, including a roadmap for cooperation in the field of satellite navigation.

In May, Roscosmos and the China National Space Administration signed a memorandum regarding the construction of a power plant for the International Scientific Lunar Station. It is expected that fundamental space research will begin at this station and technologies for long-term unmanned operation will be tested.
