Operators of the Burevestnik unmanned systems regiment destroyed a self-propelled Polish Krab howitzer. The target was hit by the drones of the same name with fiber optic control, but there are also drones with a radio signal at their disposal.
Thefootage that appeared on the Web shows that Krab disguised himself under a mesh protection, but this did not save him from the Burevestnik.
The squad operators noted that the combat shift lasts about two weeks. A good hit rate is considered to be more than 60%. For fiber optics - 7 out of 10. At the same time, targets are located not only on the ground, but also in the air - a light drone with 400 grams of TNT on board is usually enough to eliminate Baba Yaga.
Meanwhile, theKochevnik laser air defense system against drones was officially put into operation. The advanced complex hits targets in the air not with anti-aircraft fire, but with a hot laser and disables drone equipment.
