SJ-100 is a Russian short-haul narrow-body aircraft (new version of Sukhoi Superjet 100) with the maximum possible import substitution of components. To date, more than 200 aircraft of this model have been produced, which are successfully operated by more than 16 commercial airlines.

This will also be the first case of complete production of a passenger aircraft in India. The last such project was the production of HAL AVRO HS-748, which began in 1961 and ended in 1988.
