Organizations responsible for construction control (developer and contractor) will use drones. This was announced by the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Omsk Region, Vladimir Rashko, at a meeting of the Public Council under the Ministry.
This is a cheap way to monitor all stages of the construction process in detail. Drones are programmed to transmit data in digital format and project them onto 3D models of erected objects.
According to him, the ministry is now deciding on the inclusion of aerial photography in the technical task for construction control. In addition, it is necessary to ensure the training of operators. The Ministry of Construction of the Omsk Region expects that drones will fly only in those areas where construction work is underway.
There is a ban on the use of drones in the region, but there are exceptions:
- flights in the interests of government bodies
- ensuring the functioning of energy and oil and gas sectors
- solving the tasks of the FSB, FSO, Ministry of Emergency Situations, Rosgvardia, Ministry of Internal Affairs
- flights that are carried out with the permission of the Omsk Operational Headquarters
