Russian President Vladimir Putin stated at the meeting of the second "Russia - Central Asia" summit that Russia is ready to connect to the construction of new hydroelectric power plants in Central Asia.
Russian companies are ready to connect to the construction of new HPPs, as well as to projects aimed at ensuring the safe operation of water and energy infrastructure and the rational use of water resources and transboundary rivers.
It should be reminded that the head of state arrived in Tajikistan on October 8 with a working visit. As part of the visit, Vladimir Putin attended the Russia-Central Asia summit and the meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the CIS, and also held a number of bilateral meetings.
