In 2026, 116.6 billion rubles will be allocated for the development of a state program aimed at supporting the aviation industry. This is stated in the program documentation.
Of these, 81.9 billion rubles are funds from extra-budgetary sources, and 34.7 billion rubles are from the federal budget.
The amount of financial support for the state program in 2025 will amount to 224.6 billion rubles, of which 42.3 billion rubles are funds from the federal budget, and 182.3 billion rubles are from extra-budgetary sources.
Also in 2026, the Cabinet plans to allocate 54.47 billion rubles for applied research and development and research work in the interests of the Russian aviation industry.
At the same time, a draft budget for the next three years has already been submitted to the State Duma. It states that 34.7 billion rubles will be allocated to the program in 2026, and 37.8 billion rubles in 2027.
