The company "Industry" has opened a new mineral powder production workshop in the Svobodnensky district of the Amur Region. The plant's capacity is 31 thousand tons of products per year. The project was implemented with the financial support of the federal and regional Industrial Development Funds.
The total investment in the creation of the workshop exceeded 135 million rubles. Of these, 91.5 million rubles were provided by the federal Industrial Development Fund (IDF) in the form of a concessional loan under the "Development Projects" program. Another 10.2 million rubles were allocated by the Amur Region IDF.
The company has installed domestic equipment and implemented Russian energy-saving production technology. Mineral powder is obtained by crushing crushed stone from limestone rocks. The products will be used in road construction as a component of asphalt concrete mixtures, in the production of dry building mixes, as well as in agriculture for the manufacture of fertilizers and feed.
According to Alexander Ovchinnikov, General Director of the company, the company has already begun supplying products to other manufacturers in the region. The company plans to occupy up to 50% of the mineral powder market in the Amur Region.
Thanks to the funds of the federal and regional Industrial Development Funds, we were able to create a new workshop and provide our own production of asphalt concrete mixtures with mineral powder. In addition, we have already begun to supply powder to other manufacturers of asphalt concrete mixtures and road surfaces, and to agricultural enterprises in the Amur Region. We plan to occupy up to half of the regional mineral powder market.
Mineral powder increases the strength and durability of road surfaces. In the agro-industrial complex, its use improves soil quality and is used as a feed additive for animals and birds.
