More than 15 million people have used the federal "life situation" services on the public services portal. This was announced by Deputy Prime Minister - Head of the Government Apparatus Dmitry Grigorenko.
The new services combine an average of 17 related government services in one place, designed to solve a specific problem. With their help, users can process the necessary documents online without visiting departments. According to the government, this has reduced the number of required documents by 29%, the time to receive services by 35%, and the need to visit departments by 64%.
Currently, 35 "life situations" are available on the portal. Among the most popular are "Admission to university", "Retirement", "Registration for sports (amateur) competitions", "Large family" and "Going hunting and fishing". According to plans, another 35 federal and 425 regional services will be launched by the end of the year.
More than 15 million people have already used the "life situation" services. This is every seventh user of the public services portal. "Life situations" have become a new stage in the development of the entire system of providing public services. They embody the principle of the state as a service, where the government works for people quickly, clearly and conveniently. Citizens and businesses receive comprehensive solutions without having to contact various authorities. High demand proves that this is not just a technological process, but a change in the philosophy of interaction between citizens and government structures: now services come to the person, and not vice versa.
The "life situation" services are part of the development of the public services portal. According to Dmitry Grigorenko, in this way every seventh user of the platform has already used the new format for receiving public services.
