The Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, under the leadership of Anton Alikhanov, has filed a lawsuit against the S. V. Ilyushin Aviation Complex (part of the Rostec United Aircraft Corporation).

The Ministry of Industry and Trade plans to recover 627 million rubles from the enterprise. An interview with the parties and a preliminary hearing are scheduled for October 15, 2025. The details of the claim are not yet known.

PJSC "Il" is one of the leading enterprises in Russia in the development of aviation technology, producing Il-96-400/Il-96-300, Il-114-300 aircraft for civil aviation, and Il-78M-90A and Il-76MD-90A for transport aviation.

Earlier, www1.ru reported that 14 SSJ-100 aircraft were found to have defects in the fuselage structure.
