The new Tenet T9 crossover, which is planned to be launched on the Russian market by the end of 2025, will be equipped with a two-liter engine, automatic transmission, and all-wheel drive system. This is evidenced by data from the declaration of conformity for the model.
The model is developed on the platform of the Chery Tiggo 9 crossover. According to the documentation, the car may have three variants of commercial designation: T9, T9 Pro, and T9 Pro Max. The technical characteristics of the new product are similar to the model from Chery. The powertrain is expected to be similar to the Tiggo 9: a turbocharged engine with 245 hp, working in tandem with an 8-speed automatic transmission.
The Tenet brand is a joint project of the Russian "AGR Holding" and the Chinese company Defetoo. The brand's model range will include four crossovers based on Chery cars. The Tenet T9 will be the flagship model in the lineup.
