At the Gorbunov Kazan Aviation Plant (part of Tupolev PJSC of Rostec), a total of six unique Tu-214 aircraft with markings PU (control point), SR (relay aircraft) and SUS (communication center) were developed, the Business Online publication reported.
According to his information, the customer of all the liners was the Administrative Directorate of the President of Russia (UPD).
We are talking about two Tu-214PU, two Tu-214SR and two Tu-214SUS. All aircraft are equipped with PS-90A engines with an increased range of up to 10.5 thousand kilometers.
The aircraft are equipped with modern communication equipment, a comfortable cabin and control systems, which allows it to be used both in Russia and abroad.
